About:
Dr. Tanja Klepacki is the senior researcher at the UNESCO Chair in Arts and Culture in Education at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany). Amongst others, she serves as executive manager of the Chair’s Academy of School Theatre and Performative Education in Nuremberg. Her fields of work include theoretical and empirical studies in the fields aesthetic and cultural education.
Duties at the UNESCO Chair:
- Management of the editorial office of the international, peer-reviewed, open access “Journal for Research in Aesthetic, Arts and Cultural Education
- Permanent representation of the chair holder in the “European Network of Observatories in the Field of Arts and Cultural Education (ENO)”
- Permanent representation of the chair holder in the network of German UNESCO chairs
- Permanent representation of the chair holder in the advisory board of the Center for Teacher Education of FAU
