With effect as of 31 July 2024, our UNESCO Chair in Digital Culture and Arts in Education has been officially confirmed as a member of the Greening Education Partnership, an independent and inclusive initiative facilitated by UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, which promotes the critical impact of education on facing the climate crisis.

„As a collaborative platform for governments and other stakeholders including inter-governmental organizations, civil society, youth, academia, and private sector, Greening Education Partnership aims to deliver strong, coordinated and comprehensive action that will prepare every learner to acquire the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes to tackle climate change and to promote sustainable development.“ (GEP 2024)

We are very much looking forward to working together within this network in future years!
